The mission of the Union County Historical Society is to develop an understanding, to preserve and to further an appreciation of the history of Union County, South Dakota. The Main Floor & Basement contain County oriented genealogy artifacts and Lewis & Clark displays.
A large Indian doll collection, women's clothing, and a horned chair are some of the highlights.
A newsletter is sent to Members quarterly detailing history and current events. Membership is $27.00 per family or $16.00 per individual
